With a strong emphasis on using only the freshest seasonal produce from all around the world, Chef Zul delicately balances finesse and fun, creating intricate dishes with exquisite taste.
Having worked alongside esteemed dining establishments such as three-Michelin star Guy Savoy, Singapore, The Prime Society and the highly-rated Bar A Thym by Francois Mermilliod, Chef Zul’s curated menu is nothing short of ordinary to create a memorable experience for your tastebuds.
With his extensive experience in various authentic French restaurants such as Absinthe Restaurant, Bistro Du Vin, Nicolas Le Restaurant, Michael is definitely well-versed in his knowledge of French cuisines and wine offerings.
Michael’s days are busy from the time he arrives at the restaurant. He starts his day by checking and confirming on the reservations or if there are any special requests while overseeing the daily operations.
Dedicated in ensuring a smooth, flawless service throughout, Michael’s warmth and charisma certainly adds to the charm of La Fête
With Naz’s prior experiences in various established dining spots such as 1-Michelin Star Whitegrass Restaurant, Bistro Du Vin, Garbaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, coupled with his extensive knowledge and strong passion in wine, Naz is here to ensure that each wine label in the restaurant enhances all guests’ dining experience.
Starting out at 17 with a deep-rooted passion for nourishing loved ones, Jason began his humble beginnings as a part-time Kitchen Helper in Bliss Restaurant before apprenticing under Chef Zul at The Prime Society, where he participated in the World Gourmet Summit 2012.
Jason went on to hone his skills in renowned establishments like the Drinks & Co., Paddy Hills and Portico Prime before coming full circle, rejoining Chef Zul at La Fete.
At La Fete, Jason infuses every dish he crafts with a harmonious blend of French technique, crafting an atmosphere of refined elegance and culinary splendor.
Driven by lightness and creativity, he is able to transform global seasonal produce into unique, colourful creations that taste absolutely divine.
